Eli Inkelas

Eli Inkelas is a joint degree graduate student at UC Berkeley studying city planning and law. Before returning to California, Eli studied economics at Carleton College and conducted public policy research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Passionate about being part of the solution to California’s affordable housing crisis, Eli is eager to use his skill set to support housing policy and development.

He is particularly interested in pursuing a career in local, regional, or state government. As a Merritt Scholar, Eli looks forward to learning from industry leaders and peers to help advance affordable housing across California.
