Jacob Korn

Jacob Korn is a Master of City Planning student at UC Berkeley, concentrating in Housing, Community, and Economic Development. He brings five years of experience working with communities across the country on housing, transportation, and climate challenges, and is committed to delivering housing solutions that are grounded in the needs of local communities.

Jacob is passionate about designing creative financing tools and leveraging public policy to address structural inequities and expand affordable housing across California. As a Merritt Scholar, he looks forward to deepening his understanding of development finance while building meaningful relationships with practitioners across the affordable housing industry.
