Jennifer Flores

Jennifer Flores is a Master’s student in City and Regional Planning at UC Berkeley, specializing in Housing, Community, and Economic Development. She brings years of experience in affordable housing—from large-scale redevelopment to smaller, community-driven projects—and is committed to dismantling systemic barriers to safe, stable, and dignified housing.

With a strong interest in development finance, Jennifer aims to design funding models that promote long-term affordability and equity. As a Merritt Scholar, she looks forward to learning from mentors, building community, and growing her impact across California’s affordable housing landscape.
