Madison Richards

Madison Richards is a Master of Quantitative Economics student at UCLA, dedicated to advancing housing equity in California. She has five years of experience across impact investing in affordable housing at Align Impact, CDFI underwriting and community development at LISC LA, and economic development as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Peru.

Rooted in her belief that equitable housing strengthens communities, Madison is particularly interested in using innovative financial tools to support both new construction and preservation projects. As a Merritt Scholar, she looks forward to expanding her expertise in real estate finance and development, building her professional network, and contributing to lasting, equitable housing solutions.
