Izaac Garcia Singh

Director of Asset Management

Izaac Garcia Singh is the Director of Asset Management  at Merritt Capital. He has over ten years of asset management and property management experience.

Prior to joining Merritt, Izaac was an Asset Manager for the Santa Clara County Housing Authority, overseeing a portfolio valued over $400 million, and held asset management positions at First Community Housing and regional manager positions at Davis-Paul Management Group and Solari Enterprises.

Throughout his career, Izaac has overseen real estate assets totaling over 5,000 units throughout California.

Izaac earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from San Jose State University.
