Operations Manager

As Merritt’s Operations Manager and Human Resources lead, Laura Quintanilla is responsible for overseeing internal operations, employee engagement, recruiting, and organizational processes. Prior to her current role, Laura served as Executive Assistant to Merritt’s President and CEO, Ari Beliak.

Laura brings more than 25 years of operational leadership and executive management experience across healthcare, wellness, and corporate environments. Before joining Merritt, she supported multiple CEOs at both national and international companies, managing executive operations and high-level organizational coordination.

Earlier in her career, Laura founded and operated a medical transcription company for more than 20 years, where she managed operations, staffing, training, business development, and client relations. She also led U.S. operations for an international supplement company, overseeing operational strategy and business administration.

Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and is a longtime fitness enthusiast, certified personal trainer, and former marathon runner.
