Rebecca Mauerer

Asset Manager

Rebecca Mauerer is an Asset Manager at Merritt Community Capital. She is a dedicated affordable housing professional with over fifteen years of experience in residential property management and over five years of specializing in affordable housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties.  She has enjoyed providing safe and affordable housing for families, seniors, and those with supportive housing needs across the bay area.

Before joining Merritt in 2023, Rebecca was a Senior Regional Manager for one of the largest affordable housing management firms where she directly managed 8 properties and had oversight of a developer’s portfolio consisting of an additional 15 properties in Santa Clara County.

She plans to obtain her formal Asset Management Certification through CHAM within her first year of service at Merritt.
