Rodrigo Ramos joined Merritt as an Assistant Asset Manager and has 4 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, which includes asset management, property management, and property lease up. Within these 4 years, he was able to obtain training and certifications through CHAM, Los Angeles Housing Department – Fair Housing, and California Tax Credit Allocation Committee.

Prior to joining Merritt in 2024, Rodrigo was an asset manager for an affordable housing developer called CRCD Partners. He managed and ensured portfolio cash flow of an investment of $160 million in South Los Angeles. The portfolio consisted of 14 developments with 464 units of affordable and permanent supportive housing.

Rodrigo is a first-generation college graduate, who received his MPA from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He is passionate about affordable housing development and is committed to providing sustainable and affordable living across California to improve the quality of life.
