As Merritt’s Assistant Asset Manager, Wendy Mai brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience in property management and six years of dedicated asset management expertise supporting affordable housing communities across California, Oregon, and Washington. Her career reflects a deep commitment to advancing strong, stable, and equitable housing outcomes for residents and partners throughout the West Coast.

Before joining Merritt, Wendy spent six years with BRIDGE Housing Corporation, where she advanced from Senior Asset Management Administrator to Asset Management Analyst. In these roles, she supported a diverse portfolio of affordable housing communities, strengthening financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term asset health.

Wendy holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has earned designations as a Certified Asset Management Specialist (through CHAM) and Certified Occupancy Specialist.
