Congratulations to Hollywood Community Housing Corporation on their newest project: Casa de la Luz, located in East Los Angeles. This property will provide housing for 93 low-income households, including 40 units reserved for those who are homeless with special needs, and will be a new construction LIHTC project.

“We are happy to have reached this critical milestone to start construction on Casa de la Luz, which will provide desperately-needed housing for over 90 low-income households. We’re looking forward to seeing how this property helps East Los Angeles continue to thrive,” says Sarah Letts, Executive Director at Hollywood Community Housing.

Thank you to our partners at First Citizens Bank, Citi, the California Department of Housing & Community Development, and the County of Los Angeles for making this project possible.
