New Property Closing: Sunrise at Bogart

We’re thrilled to announce Many Mansions and Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services newest project: Sunrise at Bogart, located in Riverside, California. As a new 23-unit development, Sunrise at Bogart consists of two 2-story buildings that will include 22 one-bedroom units and a manager’s unit.

In addition, the property will include a community resource center with office and meeting spaces for residents to work, as well as an outdoor recreation area designed to promote outdoor activities, a community room, and a laundry facility.

Merritt is proud to have contributed $10.5M in equity toward this impactful project – we are looking forward to seeing residents thrive here over the coming years.

We are also thankful to Banner Bank, City of Riverside, County of Riverside, and California Department of Housing & Community Development for supporting the project.
