Merritt and Santa Monica College Launch Affordable Housing Property Management Certificate

We’re proud to announce Rising Affordable Housing Management Professionals (RAMP), our newest C2C program designed to prepare future affordable housing property management professionals.

Developed in partnership with Santa Monica College, RAMP creates pathways into stable, community-centered careers by equipping participants with practical training, leadership opportunities, and transferable skills in operations, resident engagement, and real-world problem-solving.

We’re grateful to Santa Monica College for their partnership in bringing this program to life and helping expand access to meaningful career opportunities in affordable housing.
