Announcing Our 2025 Impact Report

We’re proud to share Merritt’s 2025 Impact Report, highlighting a year of meaningful momentum investing in homes and empowering people.

From welcoming five new team members to closing our second largest fund in 35 years, 2025 was an especially impactful year. It was also a remarkable year of growth for Commitment to Community (C2C), which extends our impact by investing in people.

This progress reflects the strength of collaboration, which is driven by our partners, investors, developers, and community organizations working together to create thriving communities.

Honored to be NPH’s 2026 Partner in Community Development

We are honored to be recognized as the 2026 Partner in Community Development for our workforce development initiative, Commitment to Community (C2C) —work that is only possible through strong collaboration. Thank you to our investors, developers, partners, Board, and staff for being on this journey with us – we are excited for what’s ahead!
