Asset Manager Specialist (AMS+) Cohort
We are excited to launch a new Asset Manager cohort in 2025! Participants will have the opportunity to attend virtual and live instructor-led sessions. Huge thanks to the Consortium for Housing and Asset Management (CHAM) for providing training materials for our students!
Participants will complete their AMS designation from CHAM, find out what goes into a career in asset management, engage in group sessions and discussions, and have plenty of opportunities for networking.

Commitment to California (C2C) Update: Merritt Scholars Graduation Recap
Congratulations to our 2025 Merritt Scholars graduates! We’re so proud of the time, commitment, and energy you’ve put into this program over the past year. Your dedication to the affordable housing industry is admirable, and we look forward to seeing your impact on our local communities.
This year, we are celebrating 20 graduates, 70% of whom have obtained opportunities in fields in or related to affordable housing! Eleven of our graduates are actively seeking opportunities and are equipped with all of the tools they need to start immediately!
A special shoutout to our Program Manager, Celina Pacana, whose passion in supporting our students ensures they have everything they need to complete the program successfully.
