Welcome to our Assistant Asset Manager, Wendy Mai!

Please join us in welcoming Wendy Mai as our Assistant Asset Manager! Wendy brings nearly a decade of experience in property management and six years of asset management expertise with affordable housing communities across California, Oregon, and Washington. As a Certified Asset Management Specialist through CHAM – Consortium for Housing and Asset Management, and a Certified Occupancy Specialist, Wendy will play a key role on our team!
