In 2024, Merritt invested over $212 million, across 9 projects creating 615 affordable homes for individuals and families, deepened our workforce development programs to prepare affordable housing leaders across every corner of the industry, and strengthened statewide and regional efforts to make affordable housing more accessible and equitable.
