Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Location: Office in Oakland, California with some remote work.
Position Overview:Under moderate supervision by the Operations Manager, the Administrative Assistant is a
pivotal role responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of
the office, supporting other staff members and Merritt’s Board of Directors as needed, and facilitating team
coordination. This position demands a highly organized, proactive, and communicative individual capable of
multitasking and managing various administrative tasks with efficiency.

Title: Assistant Asset Manager
Reports to: Director of Asset Management
Job Location: Office in Oakland, California / Remote work within California will be considered; Preferred within any of the following metropolitan areas: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco Bay area, or Capital Region
Position Overview: Merritt is seeking a mission-driven, detail oriented and collaborative Assistant Asset Manager to join our team. This position will support the operations of a growing portfolio of affordable housing assets across the State. This role will support the asset management team with all asset management activities and lead portfolio-wide initiatives.
