Merritt is a mission-oriented affordable housing investor and lender. Rooted in California for more than 35 years, Merritt has been a trusted partner, investing more than $1.7 billion and creating over 12,500 affordable homes.
Merritt has two primary focus areas:
(a) investing with mission-aligned developers and funders to make the most challenging affordable housing projects possible
(b) investing in programs that develop the next generation of affordable housing professionals with a focus on strengthening the industry
