We are excited to announce the addition of Paul Carney as Merritt’s new CFO/COO. “Paul is a dynamic addition to the Merritt Team,” said Ari Beliak President & CEO of Merritt. “His perspective as a former board member, dedication, and breadth of experience will be instrumental in achieving Merritt’s ambitious goals as laid out in Merritt’s new Strategic Plan (more on this in early 2022) to support the development and preservation of affordable housing in California.”

“I am excited to join Merritt as it grows to meet the needs of California’s affordable housing developers,” shared Paul. “Merritt has served the affordable housing community for more than thirty years, and after working with the team during my time on the board to craft the organization’s vision, I look forward to contributing to Merritt’s expanding role as a key funder and excellent partner in addressing California’s affordable housing crisis.”
