Our tools, what personal data we collect, and why we collect it
When you interact with us through the site or other services, we may collect Personal Information and additional information from you, as further described below:
- Personal Information You Provide: We collect Personal Information from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries or subscribe to our digital content on the website. Therefore, the information requested and collected from you may vary.
- Non-Identifiable Data:When you interact with our website, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to identify you unless it is combined with Personal Information specifically.

reCAPTCHA: We utilize Google reCAPTCHA to reduce SPAM and abuse on our website. A “CAPTCHA” is a turning test to tell humans and bots apart—the reCAPTCHA algorithm checks for specific cookies within the user’s browsers. Personal information is used but not limited to cookies, mouse clicks, CSS information, the date, browser language, installed plugins, and javascript objects. Newsletter Opt-In Form: We utilize DIVI Opt-In Module and Constant Contact to collect your Email address, and IP Address when subscribing to our Newsletter. This tool allows us to send the opt-ed in information to our email provider easily.
Constant Contact: We utilize Constant Contact as our email provider for marketing. These marketing efforts include but are not limited to: email sends, digital ads, landing pages, and subscription management. If at any time you wish to update your subscription preferences, you may click the “update subscription preferences” link or “unsubscribe from this list” link at the bottom of the last email you received. We also abide by the Anti-SPAM Policy (CAN-SPAM Act), and we take every effort to adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy when utilizing the Constant Contact system. Forms: We utilize the Contact Form 7 plugin. Data collected through the forms include, but are not limited to, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Company Name, Phone Number, Interest Topics for Reaching out, and personal messages (which may include additional personal information if the user submits).

Embedded content from other websites: Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
