Merritt kicked off the second year of the Asset Management Specialist (AMS+) Program this summer! 

We are thrilled to be offering and expanding the AMS+ program in 2024 as part of our Commitment to California initiative and want to welcome our newest cohort.

The 2024 AMS+ cohort is a diverse group, representing 14 different organizations with 80% of the cohort identifying as Black, Indigenous, or a person of color, 67% identify as women, and 53% have lived experience with affordable housing or homelessness.  

We are excited for the participants to work with Merritt’s Asset Management team in instructor-led sessions, office hours, and general connection and mentorship. Upon completion, participants can obtain their AMS designation from CHAM.
