Congratulations First Asset Management Cohort

December 18, 2023

December 18, 2023–Oakland. CA

This year, in partnership with the Consortium of Housing and Asset Management (CHAM), Merritt launched the first Asset Management Specialist+ Cohort as part of our Commitment to California initiative! Participants went through virtual and live instructor-led sessions utilizing CHAM’s education training materials.  Everyone learned about an asset management career, and had networking opportunities.

Congratulations to everyone who participated this year and for those who completed their AMS designation from CHAM!

Merritt is proud to support current and future Asset Managers in the first program of its kind in the state of California.

Thank you to CHAM, Katheirne Flemming for leading virtual sessions, and everyone who participated in the first year!

We are excited to continue our support of Asset Managers and uplift the important work Asset Managers do in the affordable housing industry.
